Registering with the practice
...
In order to
register
with the practice, in the first instance contact should be made with our
receptionist, who will be able to arrange an appointment for an initial
examination.
We encourage families
to attend together so that good dental health habits can be learned at an
early age, and so that children become relaxed with the idea of a visit to
the dentist.
Practice lists are
very busy, so we have to place prospective new
patients on a waiting list until surgery time becomes available. We do our
best to keep this waiting period as short as possible and will contact you
when we are able to offer you an appointment.
We do not accept new adult patients for
treatment under NHS regulations. Once you are
registered and your first course of treatment has been completed, we will
arrange regular review appointments for you... however, it will be your
responsibility to ensure that you attend regularly to ensure that your
registration does not lapse.
Our aim
is to ensure that you, in partnership with us, can maintain your teeth for
life and we hope that with each visit we can reinforce the impressions
gained to achieve this aim.
